How does the referral tracking work?+
Each customer gets a unique referral link from their Crescion dashboard. When someone clicks your link and subscribes to a paid plan within 60 days, you both receive the reward automatically. No manual tracking needed — Stripe handles the coupon application.
Do the tier rewards stack on top of each other?+
Yes. When you hit 3 referrals, you unlock 30% off for life — and this replaces your original 20% off. When you hit 5 referrals, the tier upgrade is applied on top of any existing discount. Each milestone is an upgrade, not a replacement.
What's the difference between the referral program and the affiliate program?+
The referral program is for Crescion customers who share their personal link with businesses they know. Rewards come as discounts and plan upgrades. The affiliate program is for marketers, bloggers, and creators who promote Crescion to their audience and earn cash commissions (35% recurring for 12 months).
Can I participate in both programs?+
Yes. If you're a Crescion customer AND have an audience you want to monetize, you can use both. Your personal referrals earn you tier rewards; your affiliate link earns you cash commissions. They track separately.
Is there a limit to how many businesses I can refer?+
No limit. After reaching the 5-referral tier, every additional referral still earns your friend the 20% off for 3 months. And if you're an affiliate, every referral continues earning you 35% recurring commissions.
How does the South Florida Business Alliance work?+
The Business Alliance is a local referral network where South Florida businesses refer each other to Crescion. Every business in the alliance gets credited for referrals, and we host quarterly in-person events for members. Contact us to join or nominate your local business community.
What if my referral cancels?+
For the customer referral program: your tier status is based on total lifetime referrals, not current active subscribers. Once you earn a tier, you keep it. For the affiliate program: commissions are earned only while the referred customer remains subscribed.
